Treanor Wooten Baring is currently a free-lance writer, blogger and editor. She began her professional arts career as a television producer/director and script editor with public television in Mississippi and Massachusetts and has a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She has won national and regional poetry awards, including the Emma K. Lytle Portfolio Award from the Museum of the Mississippi Delta.
