Welcome to this week’s Spread the Love. This week we’re talking about all this white stuff that we’ve got on the ground where we live which is the inspiration for The Snow Show. The Snow Show is a vignette play where all the scenes are inspired by snow. You’ve got the girl who’s never seen snow, making snow angels, sled races, trying to manufacture a snow day, and the proverbial struggle of whether or not to stick one’s tongue to the flagpole. The most amazing thing about the play and the reason I like it is that it’s had a rash of productions in places where there is no snow. California, Florida… and that to me says that the play transcends the topic, if I may use a fancy word. The play is fun to do, the characters are alive and vivid and it doesn’t matter whether there’s any snow on the ground or not. Hey Craig! Craig what do you like about The Snow Show
I don’t like anything about snow! It’s wet, it’s cold, it’s nasty….
You know what, he’s busy. Never mind. That’s it for Spread the Love!
