The Drama Teacher Academy provides completion certificates for all courses. Certificates are generated after viewing the course modules in their entirety. Click here to see how to download certificates for courses you have completed.
For certain states, a separate approval process is required. Currently the DTA is an approved provider for the states of Arkansas, Massachusetts, Montana, Texas, and Wyoming.
Details on how to use DTA courses for renewal credits for each of these states can be found by clicking on the state name below.
For most states and districts, DTA Completion Certificates are all that’s needed to provide proof of PD for license renewal or annual requirements. See below to see a full list of courses and clock hours.

The Drama Teacher Academy is an approved Professional Development provider for the state of Arkansas.
Each Completion Certificate from the DTA includes the official ADE# for each course, as required by the state of Arkansas.
The Drama Teacher Academy is an approved provider of PDP credits for the state of Massachusetts. We have bundled courses together so that you can get the PDP's that you need (minimum 10).
Once you've taken equivalent credits, email us at help@dramateacheracademy.com and we will issue you a certificate for your PDP's.

The Drama Teacher Academy is an approved provider for OPI renewal units for the state of Montana.
Once you've taken a course, email us at help@dramateacheracademy.com and we'll verify your course and email you an official certificate from Montana OPI that you can use for renewal units.
The Drama Teacher Academy is an approved Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider for the state of Texas.
Each Completion Certificate from the DTA includes the official CPE# required by the state of Texas, plus the clock hours of the course or PLC.
The Drama Teacher Academy is an approved provider of professional development credits for the state of Wyoming.
Wyoming requirements are 7 clock hours = 0.5 credits. We have bundled courses together so that you can get the credits that you need. Once you've taken equivalent credits, email us at help@dramateacheracademy.com with your PTSB ID number and we'll record your information in the PTSB system.
